The remedies reserved by MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO under this Agreement shall be cumulative and additional to any other remedies in law or equity.

5. SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS. You, the Member, by purchasing our product MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO, hereby affirm that you are of legal adult age as deemed by the governing authorities of the member's country of origin.

6. PAYMENT. We currently accept payment for a membership to MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO by either PayPal or by mail using check, cash, or money order. Orders by mail will not receive login passwords until the payment is received and is cleared at our bank.

Termination by the Member will not result in deletion of the Member's account access of the MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO. Without prior notice, MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO may terminate this Agreement, your password, your account, or your use of the members area, for any reason, including, without limitation, if MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO, in its sole discretion, believes you have violated this Agreement, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any of the applicable user policies. MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO may terminate your account without notice.

9. REMEDIES. If you are dissatisfied with the MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO or any related terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices of MILLIONAIRE METHOD PRO, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website and, if you are a Member, to terminate your account. Should any disputes arise with respect to this Agreement, both parties agree to act immediately to resolve any such disputes. Time is of the essence in the resolution of disputes. Upon agreement by the parties, any disputes may be resolved through arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be binding upon both parties. Sections 3, 5, 7, and 11 of this Agreement shall survive termination. Members also have a period of 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
